Overnight Chocolate Pudding
I always have chocolate cravings and I waned a nice treat that would satisfy my sweet tooth without causing too much guilt (not that I also don’t enjoy the occasional chocolate bar). So I whipped up this delicious snack including one of my favorite ingredients…Chia Seeds.**this is a rich treat. I topped mine with vanilla yogurt to cut down on sugar but you can add a little whip cream and some strawberries or bananas!
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 Cup Milk
- 1/4 Cup Chia seeds
- 2 Tbsp Cocoa powder
- 1 Tbsp Honey or maple syrup
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients together in a bowl and mix well.
- Pour into a container with an air tight lid.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Stir before serving.
